at BRAGA, we believe fit should never be a reason to give up on a piece you love.
if your order doesn't fit as expected, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a resize. we'll connect you with one of our trusted tailor partners — the alteration cost is fully covered by us.
before requesting a resize or a refund, we encourage you to book a call with us. a short conversation is often all it takes to find the right solution — whether that's a different size, a tailored adjustment, or simply reassurance about the fit.
if after all of this the piece still isn't right, a refund remains an option. but we'd rather make it work.
